THE JOURNALISM STUDENTS

Online journalism can easily be interactive. By utilizing the hyperlinks contained on the web, online journalism works can present information that is connected with other sources. It means that users can enjoy online journalism information efficiently and effectively but also be able to find out more in-depth information via the web has to offer.

For me, there is a wrong assumption about what is appropriate is presented in the online media. In principle, the online media is not just fast forward the news or breaking news. Online media course should present the news with a quality of analytical weighing. This is of course to meet the needs of readers, who not only require the most current and update information, but also new insights based on multiperspective. The online media in the future, it should be, not only to compete at the speed of presenting the news, but also provides a good news, varied, and have depth and quality of information.

I personally believe that Journalism students are enthusiastic individuals who produce knowledgeable, skilled, articulate, innovation and interesting graduates. They are enthusiastic individuals who work well under pressure and so are actively sought after in a wide number of occupations and professions. Examples include; Cultural Services, Business and Management, Political and Social Administration, the Media in all its forms including Research, Government / Civil Service (national, regional and local) and associated institutions, and of course the Teaching Profession.

And I hope in journalism program, we are here have spirit of curiosity, resourcefulness and concern about the issue of the day. We can practice the fundamentals of thorough news gathering and concise writing while we also study the history, literature and law of our field.

So in journalism, as student we have to make great effort as writers, so we can take more responsibility for the accuracy of their work, without editing assistance. It's not enough for aspiring journalists to study how to craft a story - we must bring also a passion.

Effective journalists must not feel inhibited in expressing and practicing the core values that drive us and our work.

My core values, as a journalist, are:

• There is value and rule in community, beyond living in one's narrow self-interest, and group’s interest.

• That truth is found through empiricism, through observation, analysis, and  can be found through evidence.

• Awareness. At least we are aware that in the lecture process. We must study the science study of online journalism in focus and knowledge about the internet, because now it has become a necessity, especially for us as students of journalism.

• That wealth and popularity ought to be pursued through work before other means or in other word without the other way.

• Into collection of hard working people, can work together productively and always pray to God.
